What services do you offer?

We offer overnight boarding exclusively. However, for pups staying with us for an extended period and visiting for the first time, you can book a daycare session to help them acclimate to our space and get to know our dogs.

We also offer a bath and blow-dry service that can be added onto your stay to ensure your pup comes home fresh and ready for cuddles.

How do you ensure the safety and well being of my dog?

We feed all pets individually and ensure they are separated when we are not at home. Our property features a secure fenced backyard and a spacious basement where dogs can play. Dogs are always supervised during outdoor activities and playtime.

How do you handle emergencies?

While we prioritize the safety and well-being of all our guests, we understand that unforeseen incidents can occur. In the event of a health concern or emergency, we will promptly notify you and keep you informed at every step. For situations requiring urgent medical attention, we are located just 20 minutes from Blue Pearl 24 Hour Emergency Animal Hospital in Northfield, where we will take your pet, if necessary.

Are you bonded and insured?

Absolutely! Your dog’s safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we do everything we can to create a safe, fun, and comfortable environment. But we also know that sometimes, the unexpected happens—that’s why we’re bonded and insured. While we hope to never need it, our coverage is there for peace of mind, so you can rest easy knowing your pup is in good hands.

Do you require a meet and greet before booking?

Yes, this is our opportunity to get to know you and your pet, understand your preferences, and allow your dog to familiarize themselves with our environment and meet our dogs. It is also your chance to see our space and provide us with any specific details about your dog.

Are there any size or breed restrictions?

While we do not have size restrictions, we only accommodate hypoallergenic breeds due to household allergies. Given the popularity of doodles, approximately 97% of our guests are poodle mixes. However, we occasionally host terriers, shih tzus, or poodles as well.

What do I need to bring when I drop off my dog?

Please bring your dog’s food, along with any blankets or stuffies they prefer for sleeping. Additionally, ensure you provide a leash, collar, and any special treats they may need during their stay.

Can you administer medications?

Yes, we are experienced in administering medication. Please be sure to provide any pill packets or specific items used to facilitate your dog’s medication intake.

Where will my dog sleep during their stay?

We strive to replicate your dog’s home experience as closely as possible. If your dog is kennel-trained, they can sleep in a kennel adjacent to our dogs’ kennels. If they are accustomed to sleeping in the bedroom, they are welcome to sleep in ours. For those who prefer the couch, we have several options available. To ensure safety, all dogs sleeping on couches are kept separated.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask that you notify us of any changes to your plans as soon as possible. While there is no cancellation fee, frequent cancellations or date changes may result in your future bookings being deprioritized during busy periods.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, we will feed your pet with the food you provide. Additionally, we offer our own treats. If your dog has any allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify us in advance.

Will you ever leave my dog alone?

Emily works from home full-time and Lauren works from home most days. This allows us to provide your pups with ample outdoor time and supervision throughout the day. While we occasionally need to run errands, go to the gym, or attend social obligations, we ensure that dogs are not left alone for more than three hours.

Do you provide updates?

We understand how much you miss your pet while you’re away. That’s why we provide daily updates with photos and videos so you can see your pup is having fun, giving you peace of mind and a sense of connection.

Are you ever closed?

We take a few vacations annually and plan these dates well in advance to ensure minimal disruption to our services.
